• Education: o Associate's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis. • Work Experience: o At-least three-years’ work experience in IT technical support. • Knowledge of: o Server, desktop and mobile technologies o Operating systems o Office and productivity software o Windows system administration (basic) o Network administration (basic) o Enterprise backup and recovery procedures o System performance monitoring tools o Office and productivity software o Current equipment and technologies in use • Ability to: o Execute complex system implementation activities o Configure systems to be consistent with institutional policies/procedures o Communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing o Establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust and credibility o Perform multiple tasks and prioritize o Perform independently in a team setting using established processes o Respond to emergency situations effectively
