Hospitality Leisure and Retail Recruitment Consultant
We are a small, yet very successful, recruitment firm in Dubai, specialising in recruitment for Hospitality, Leisure and Retail positions throughout the Middle East. We have a strong database of existing clients, and have been operational in the region for 6 years. With the departure of one of the organisation's longest serving consultants, who helped launch the business, there is now a very exciting opening for an experienced hospitality recruitment consultant to take over an established recruitment desk with already existing clients and vacancies. The role comes with a lot of freedom and flexibility, and would be great for people who are self starters and able to manage their own time and have an excellent work ethic. Whilst there are no fixed office hours, and no holiday allowance limits, there will be expectations for the individual to meet weekly KPI targets, and to maintain an already successful recruitment desk. People who can bring their own connections and new clients to the business will be preferred. Then role is not salaried, but offers excellent commission structure, and the previous consultant in the role took home a very healthy salary each month. As the company expands and grows, there will be potential for the consultant to move into a more senior managerial role. This is a great opportunity for proven recruitment consultants to move into a flexible recruitment role, where there is no threshold on the commissions they earn, and they can fully manage their own incomes!
