Jumeirah at Etihad Towers is part of a new iconic five-towers complex in the capital of the UAE. It is bordered by the sea on one side and the fashionable Corniche on the other. It is easily accessible from the airport and close to the city's shopping malls, and the central business district and Ministries' area. The hotel features 396 uniquely designed, spacious and elegant rooms and suites, offering fully integrated lifestyle technology. Rooms range from 40m² to 60m² and the design led suites from 92m² to the 980m² Royal Etihad Suite on the 60th floor. 199 luxurious serviced residences are available for longer stays. A variety of restaurants and lounges offer an extensive choice of culinary temptations from the 63rd floor to the beach and include all-day dining and Lebanese restaurants with terrace seating. A dedicated executive lounge with all-day food and beverage offerings, an Internet lounge, shower suites and a business Centre with four meeting rooms, is located on level 45. The superbly equipped conference Centre, amongst the largest in Abu Dhabi, includes a ballroom, seating up to 1,400 delegates, 13 meeting rooms and large pre-function areas with sea view. About the role

Support function responsible for delivery of short- and long-term marketing communications and promotions including delivery of marketing and brand building activities for Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, both online, offline, which drive measurable growth for all revenue generating areas.  Actively monitor and support brand standards implementation, alignment and compliance within the SBU.  Assist in all administration within the Marketing department including data collection/storage and internal / external communication. Where possible also be responsible for the creation of minor design templates internally. including data collection.

Main Duties:

  • Maintain image libraries
  • Maintain artwork libraries
  • Assist with preparation of sound marketing activity plans
  • Delivering marketing projects
  • Assist in the preparation of the marketing plans with up to date industry experience input
  • Maintaing/updating webesite content for Jumeirah at Etihad Towers
  • Research market trends with competitor SWOT analysis to assist in the formulation of Jumeirah marketing needs
  • Delivery of New Media updates and monitoring of various sites including (but not limited) Facebook, Twitter and blogger relationships
  • Liaise with agencies for timely delivery of advertising, graphic design, printing, PR, promotional events and media activities maximising the value of the brands within/including Jumeirah at Etihad Towers
  • Desing and development of marketing materials using design software such as Illustrator od Creative Suite 4 or 5 for Jumeirah at Etihad Towers with sign off from Marketing Communications Manager and final approval to DOSM/GM team
  • Create templates for newsletters and internal communications templates specific to JAD and input content layout for monthly newsletter
  • Assist with the development and implementation of multilingual collateral
  • Implement online and offline marketing strategies for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Conference & Events and Sports & Leisure/Spa through integration of loyalty programmes such as Sirius, achieving  redemption targets
  • To monitor and regullary audit all marketing materials, as well as menus with restaurants, lounges and bars to ensure that they are in compliance with brand standards
  • Together with Marketing Executive monitor the supply and distribution of marketing collateral to ensure that all teams from sales and guest facing departments have appropriate levels and are aware of key marketing initiatives with Jumeirah at Etihad Towers
  • To apply the processes in place for Marketing Services Forms and where instructed process marketing requests from all internal clients, with buy from stakeholders
  • Maintain brand guard look for all brands within JAD remit. Ensure that all materials is regulary updated and that content is correct and valid.
  • Management of the Mercury team sites to ensure that all files are updates with all visual language, processes, photography and that all files are easily accessible to the relevant management teams
  • Assist with all administrative and financial aspects on a daily basis
