We are looking for dynamic Directors of Human Resources who have passion for people.
Our perfect candidate would be from the Marriott chain of hotels, have UAE experience and already be working in the role of HR Director in a single property and looking to expand their role. They will also be charismatic and not afraid to challenge the status quo and looking for a role they can stay in for at least the next two to three years.

As our Director of Human Resources you are responsible for managing a team of HR professionals to deliver great service to our Associates. The role involves the development and implementation of strategies and policies connected with recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, and recognition programmes.
You will use your strong personality to act as an advisor to our General Manager and support, coach and counsel our leadership team on all people-related issues.
As well as all the fun aspects of HR that will come naturally to you there will also be an expectation that you will have sound financial acumen and be able to prepare and manage our payroll budgets as well as work with EFTE calculations.
Functions that sit within our HR Team are:
• Housing (Staff and Management)
• Government Relations
• Employee Welfare including cafeteria in 3 locations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• 2- 4 years of related experience in Human Resources leadership role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
