The Radisson Blu Hotel Abu Dhabi Yas Island is offering a great opportunity for a young, dynamic, motivated individual to take on the position of Filini Restaurant Manager to run our newly extended Filini Restaurant with 150 inside and outside seats and a trendy upscale lounge with outstanding view of blue waters of the Arabian Gulf.

Under the general guidance of the Food & Drinks Manager the ideal candidate will maximize guest satisfaction and F&D profitability by managing the restaurant along with its lounge, leading and developing the Filini Service Team, execute F&D marketing and sales strategies in line with the hotel’s guidelines and business plan, the departmental business plan as well as the Carlson Rezidor corporate guidelines and service concepts.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing all activities of the restaurant, implementation of sales promotions, upselling, greet & seat guests, ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous and efficient service, improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensure employees do the same within the team.

The desired candidate must have a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position within the 4/5 star hotel sector, managing a multi-cultural team of at least 20 employees. The ability to work independently, having good negotiation and organizational skills, excellent communication skills and a sense for people is essential.
