The Radisson Blu Hotel and Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island is offering a great opportunity for a young, dynamic, motivated individual to take on the position of “Assistant Meeting & Events Operations Manager” to provide an operation and administration support to ensure that all events and functions are running smoothly.

Assistant Meeting & Events Operations Manager

Under the general direction of the M&E Operations Manager and within the limits of established standards and local policies and procedures, assists in the procurement of Banquet business and assists in the planning and delivery of service during the events.

In this position, you will be working closely with M&E Operations Manager to overseeing all indoor and outdoor catering events and banquets and ensuring that all the equipment, supplies and manpower are available to deliver high standards of service. Assisting in leading and managing the Catering team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed as well as actively involved and implement action plans to build the quality of offerings for our Conference and Banquets guests.

Desired candidate must be experienced in managing large team, minimum of 2 years or more experience in the similar position within 4/5 start hotel and ability to work independently as a team member with “Yes I Can” attitude.
