Key Objectives

  •     Responsible for the daily management,administration and operations of the Restaurant
  •     Provide friendly, efficient service to guests according to company policies, procedures, and     performance standards

Requirements / Qualification

  •   Previous Food & Beverage experience in a leadership role with a minimum 2 years in a similar role
  •   University / College degree in a related discipline preferred
  •   Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
  •   Female Preferred
  •   Fluent in English both written and verbal
  •   Able to speak in other European languages will be an added advantage
  •   Highly responsible and reliable
  •   Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Key duties / Responsibilities  

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  •  Lead the day to day operation of the Food and Beverage department ensuring all service standards are followed
  •  Work closely with the culinary team to execute the delivery of all Food & Beverage promotions and menus;   creating a destination of choice for both hotel and external Guests
  •  Ensure the Food & Beverage department achieves its financial and operational targets
  •  Monitor all guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits
  •  Select, train and develop Colleagues to ensure timely recruitment and career growth
