Business Development Ensures the Customer Satisfaction through the right process of welcome, confirmation and implementation of the bookings with the Rooms division and the other departments involved Has as a prime client the Sales Department. Ensure the quality and on-time quotations. Respects the objectives of the rates and inventory through the consultation of the system and verification with the Revenue Manager for sensitive groups Negotiate with clients and customers when necessary to convert the booking and involve the Management as often as needed. Makes realistic promises to the clients and ensures at all times operations are able to deliver. Efficiently traces the offers in due time. Converts offers into Confirmed bookings Create the opportunities of Site Inspections and Entertainment with clients and involve Sales and Management as often as needed. Build relationships with clients to generate repeat business. Co-ordination Prepares the contracts and follows up on the pre and post-payment. Handles the Group Block Management as soon as a group turns confirmed wihin the department and ensures the process of the bedroom booking management up to the rooming list data input and needed follow ups. Co-ordinates needful departments. Communicate any problem, issue or risk for an account with the DOSM and the Account Handler. Reports Maintains the database on a daily basis. Is able to print the department reports when/if requested. Participates to the Sales and Marketing Meeting Share the product and sales techniques knowledge with piers and Managers
