International Guest Relations Associate

As an International Concierge you will be responsible for providing premium level of service by insuring that all guests’ requests are efficiently handled and attended to in a courteous manner. Every Holland America Line employee is committed to provide a truly extraordinary experience for our guests.
- Handle cash transactions required by the Guests onboard in accordance with the company’s accounting
- Log and maintain accurate records of all Guest calls, inquiries, concerns and requests
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal
- Minimum 1 year experience within a Front Office/Hospitality Environment
- Excellent English and communication skills, as well as have proficiency in other languages. (Dutch, Spanish, German)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
