The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is renowned for its outstanding culinary experience. 

Elements Restaurant is our multi-buffet concept restaurant. It serves up global cuisines from China, Japan, India and the Middle East, prepared to order from fresh ingredients. Dining here is an interactive experience that allows guests to see their order being prepared. A constantly changing buffet and à la carte menu tempt guests with an inspired range of grilled dishes and salads. The Friday brunch and Monday seafood night are favorites among local guests. Elements offer a private dining room that can accommodate groups of up to 24 people.

Job Requirements: 

We are looking for Chef de Cuisine to run The Elements operation. His main role will be to lead the kitchen brigade who consists of more than 24 cooks and chefs, monitor the day-to-day operation and create a strong team leadership. He will be responsible for creating menus, and overseeing the preparation of recipes. 

The candidate should have international experience in the capacity of Chef de Cuisine within top 5 stars hotel restaurant segment, wide knowledge of international food, especially Asian. Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine will be a plus.
