As a Guest Relations Officer /Agent, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times in Guest Relations. Your key responsibilities will include meet and greet all check-ins, handling VIP amenities and arrivals, messaging and guest relations. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximise hotel sales.

  • Pleasant personality

  • At least 1 year experience in 5-star hotel

  • College level education

  • Computer skills

  • Basic Telephone skills

  • Can handle cash transaction

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in English both in oral and written English language.

  • Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
