At the
moment, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to be part of our Executive Office Team at Crowne Plaza Dubai

As the Executive
, you will monitor the daily activities in Executive Office and
providing assistance to the General Manager and Resident Manager.


  • Assist in GM and Resident
    Manager daily activities.
  • Assisting in reports
  • Organize appointments and
    meetings for the GM and Resident Manager, recording same in the Calendar
    and ensure the GM has the appropriate documentation for each appointment
  • Attend meetings such as
    Department Heads Meeting, Executive Committee Meeting and others as
    directed by the GM
  • Take minutes of attended
    meetings, accurately transcribe and circulate to appropriate personnel
  • Arrange room and
    restaurant reservations for VIP guests/personnel
  • Assess priorities of work
    and assist in organizing GM’s priorities
  • Prepare replies to routine
    correspondence for GM’s signature
  • Take dictation of
    correspondence as required
  • Open and sort mail
    addressed to the GM
  • Maintain a filing and trace
  • Receiving all incoming
    calls for the GM and either transfer, redirect, take a message or take an
  • Maintain the strictest
    confidentiality at all times on all matters
    Degree from an accredited university in hotel Management ,Hospitality,
    Business Administration, or related major, 4 years’ experience in the Administration.

    Excellent MS office Knowledge, Effective Communication
    Skills, Pro Active and keen attention to details.
