We are currently looking for an energetic candidate to fill in the position of Catering Sales Manager
in our hotel located in Doha. Candidate must have strong F&B background with minimum 2 years experience in the outside catering field preferably in Qatar or in the GCC.


Education: College degree or equivalent work experience.


Responsibilities:
• Responsible for organizing and monitoring all outside Caterings whether corporate or individual functions ( conventions, conferences, weddings, parties...etc.) from initial booking to post function evaluation and account settlement.
• Responsible for the marketing side of the caterings
• Meet conference organizers daily before and after the event to confirm details.
• Make regular market researches to find potential leads.


 Qualifications:
• Knowledge of international Gulf Cuisines.
• Ability to perform functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Must be resourceful and creative and able to generate sales
• Ability to work and complete assignments on time despite under stress
• Ability to solve problems and take decisions whenever needed
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain guest and hotel confidentiality at all times
