House Keeping Manager- Russian Speaking - Private Guest House -UAE
Our Client a priavte group in UAE is on the lookout for an experienced House Keeping Manager who will manage 5 houses/villas in UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain), will supervise 20 staff
The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry with a successful track record of achievements.
Should have worked minimum 3 years as House Keeping Manager in a prominent Hotel in Gulf Region.
In-depth knowledge and expertise in managing all the functional areas of housekeeping department operations, is necessary.
- Staff Handling & Training
- Receive guests
- Coordinate with kitchen on the household needs.
- Maintenance updates and coordinates with contractors when necessary
- Manage and coordinate events (lunches, dinners, tea time) and work with hotel staff and catering (when necessary)
- Coordinate and Shop for household’s amenities when necessary (not common but necessary when needed)
- Keep all papers/documents up to date with the pets.
- Must have UAE experience and driver’s license.
