The Crowne

Zayed Road with over 568 rooms, 13 international restaurants and bars, and has
one of the largest meeting, conference and banqueting facilities in the UAE.

At the
moment, we are looking for a Director of Revenue to join our enthusiastic, warm and friendly
room reservations team at Crowne Plaza

As the Director of Revenue, you will monitor the daily revenue analysis, develop and manage revenue operations
strategy. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.


  • Analyze complete monthly hotel
    performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.
  • Identify and maintain new revenue opportunities.
  • Create and develop pricing strategies
  • Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected
    results, variances and budget comparisons.
  • Prepare outline for and support the annual
    revenue budget process.

  • Oversee revenue management and distribution
    strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
  • Daily pick-up analysis, strategy
    adjustments and reporting
  • Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution
  • Ensure all related systems are configured
    correctly, validated and working to full capacity
  • Oversee and audit the standards and operations
    of the reservations department.
  • Ensure web site booking process is
    maintained up-to-date and functional
  • Ensure hotel personnel is fully competent in
    the use of all systems
  • Work in liaison with hotel sales and
    reservations departments as a team.
  • Regularly check the input and the quality of
    data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc…) points.
    Responsible for
    best practice revenue management standards that includes competitor analysis;
    environmental scanning; market modelling; distribution yield management;
    business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory
    availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts

    Degree from an accredited university in Revenue, hotel
    Management ,Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major, 4 years’
    experience in the revenue operations.
