Your Future Role
As a Nutrition Specialist, you will establish and oversee nutrition activities and initiatives across all food services operations to ensure that meals are being planned and prepared in the most cost efficient and nutritious manner possible. Provide a nutrition program that benefits clients and meets all service requirements.
You will be reporting to the Manager - F&B Operations.
Your experience and qualifications
You should have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree (MPH or MS) from an approved program in public health nutrition with a specialization in food and nutrition or business management.
Master's degree (MPH or MS) from an approved program in public health nutrition with a specialization in food and nutrition or business management is desirable. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and HACCP qualifications & training will be an advantage.
In addition, you hold a minimum five (5) years nutritional services experience with at least two (2) years leadership experience.
You have an experience in menu-planning and food preparation, including the quantity, quality, and variety of food to be purchased and prepared and current experience of food law enforcement associated with various food services premises is also required.
