Everything about this Al Ahsa InterContinental Hotel is dramatic, from its 16th century castle design with views over a vast palm oasis, to its location on the edge of the world’s most expansive desert. With four restaurants, select from a wide range of fine international cuisine, from Chinese to Lebanese. If exploring is your aim this Al Ahsa hotel is a short drive from sites including Juwatha Mosque, the old Kaisariah Market, Qara Mountain and Al-Ahsa National Museum.


The Pastry Chef that we are looking for will be in charge of creating variety of desserts, including pastries, cakes, and other sweets.  He also inspects the quality of ingredients used for molding and baking breads and performs all types of baking in accordance with existing preparation standards and menus.  He will be responsible of managing the kitchen and dealing with the ingredient suppliers. He establishes budget for ingredient purchase, ensure that the kitchen equipment is in good condition and meets all requirements. He organizes the pastry kitchen staff and supervises while at work and train them to meet and cope up with the established standards.

  • With at least two years of experience in any hotels on same position.

  • Ability to produce a high volume of work in timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality.

  • Provide, develop, train and maintain a professional workforce

  • Good both in oral and written English

  • Computer knowledge is required and good in correspondences and reports writing
