Scheduled to debut in early 2017, Aloft Al Ain will be the first Starwood hotel to open in Al Ain.

The Head Chef is responsible for directing the food preparation, production, control and quality for all food outlets and banquet facilities at hotel as well as overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations. Specific duties include ensuring standards and procedures are consistently applied, in addition to coordinating activities with other departments in order to facilitate the achievement the hotel's goals.
