MISSION

•Responsible for the effective management and performance of all Talent & Culture related activities such as employee relations and wellbeing, development, succession planning, learning, training, recognition, social activities, as well as health and safety standards

•Assess and develop potential (readiness, career aspiration, motivation, initiative, etc)

•Evaluate employees performance

•Position the right talent to the right responsibilities and develop talent & culture strategies

•In charge of Talent & Culture and Learning & Development budgets

•Be an inspiration to all hotel team members to achieve upscale levels of performance

•Be a solid ‘business partner’ in developing and delivering hotel overall strategy as an Executive Committee member

 

PERSONALITY & SKILLS

•Minimum of 3 years talent management experience, preferably in the upscale/luxury setting

•A strong understanding of the UAE labor and employment law

•Able to demonstrate Outstanding Performance while embracing the AccorHotels Values & Ethics

•Having the agility and the willingness to make a significant contribution to the Values of the Group

•Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment and having a procactive working attitude

•Excellent organizational and analytical skills
