Can you respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction? Are you aware that the role is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must oversee the entire guest experience operations to maintain high standards promoting the hotel brand, to promote hotel services and facilities, policies and procedures are met to satisfaction? Are you able to oversee all aspects of storing and retrieving of guest luggage and packages, processing of all guest correspondences, assures that associates are updated with latest activities and information at the location, establishes contacts with vendors to provide updated and current information to guests? If you have answered yes to all of our questions above, you might be fit for this role.



  • Solid knowledge of the location and hands on, good communication skills in English and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability
  • Individual has to be physically fit and able to lift, move and carry items within the prescribed limits
  • Honesty, detail-oriented, professional attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fresh graduates with quick learning ability or having completed an internship in concierge services with a 5 star hotel property is a plus.
