- Ensure kitchen and F& B service areas are clean, well-maintained and organized at all times.
- Follow all standards of equipment, chemical usage, material handling and storage.
- Ensure and maintain a clean inventory of kitchen and service utensils and equipment at all times.
- Check work stations for proper supplies, organization, cleanliness and mechanical problems.
- Assist the Kitchen & FB service staff when required.
- Handle waste disposal.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year relevant experience
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling
