Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure kitchen and F& B service areas are clean, well-maintained and organized at all times.
  • Follow all standards of equipment, chemical usage, material handling and storage.
  • Ensure and maintain a clean inventory of kitchen and service utensils and equipment at all times.
  • Check work stations for proper supplies, organization, cleanliness and mechanical problems.
  • Assist the Kitchen & FB service staff when required.
  • Handle waste disposal.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year relevant experience
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling
