Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional level of service and ensure Guest Service standards are maintained at all times
  • Engage each guest as an individual and attentively attend to their needs
  • Perform accurate and efficient check-in and check-out functions
  • Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Anticipate and address guest’s needs
  • Attend to guest queries, requests and complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure up to date knowledge of facilities, services, promotions and special events to provide accurate information to guests
  • Effectively Coordinate with related departments to ensure efficient guest service delivery
  • Accurately maintain and balance a cash float

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferably with a diploma/degree in hospitality
  • With relevant experience in guest service operations in any of the 4* or 5* hotel industry
  • Having a positive & engaging attitude
  • Effective conflict resolution and decision making skills
  • Computer proficient
