Job Description

 

TIME Hotels is in search of an Executive Sous Chef with strong knowledge and experience on food costing, menu engineering, HACCP and food hygiene as well as leadership and managerial skills. 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensures high standards of hygiene in all kitchens
  2. Keeps working area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the standards
  3. Communicates to the Immediate Superior all relevant and important matters
  4. Creates high quality and creative food products to satisfy the customer
  5. Provides hands on training to the direct staff whenever necessary
  6. Monitors all duty schedules in the kitchen operation
  7. Reviews and corrects the appearance and grooming of all assigned staff
  8. Evaluates the performance of the assigned team and initiates promotions
  9. Responsible for the timely kitchen preparations for all meal services in the outlets and banquet activities in line with the stipulated opening hours
