Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine)
We are now looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef with experience in cooking great tasting Italian food and responsible for managing the Italian Kitchen team.
Responsible for maintaining health and safety practices and good hygiene in line with company food safety standards within our kitchen.
Be creative and able to deliver good customer satisfaction, ensuring consistency of all food to a constantly high standard.
Good communications Skills
Pro-active and independent
Written and spoken English
3 years experience in Italian Restaurants
Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine, with high volume operations.
Good Leadership and people management skills.
