We are currently seeking a dynamic, ambitious and self motivated Food & Beverage professional to join our Corporate Office team to assist the Director of Food & Beverage - Projects to create and develop top quality Food & Beverage concepts and hotel Food and Beverage delivery systems.

As the Food & Beverage Manager - Projects you are responsible for delivering innovative Food & Beverage operations for hotels from concept to opening. These complete Food & Beverage systems must deliver concepts that exceed our guest’s expectations in the most efficient way within the given budget and time frame to ensure the long-term success of the company. The role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Preparing food and beverage concept briefs based on quantifiable market forces and situational requirements
• Managing new hotel development projects and renovation of existing properties through all phases of design development from concept to opening
• Controlling and administering documents for a multitude of simultaneously running projects
• Operating equipment knowledge, assessment and research
• Working with multiple design programs such as AutoCAD and Adobe in particular
• Keeping up to date with new regulations related to food hygiene, HACCP and food control
• Working collaboratively with others from a wide range of disciplines both internally and externally
• Acting as knowledge resource for food and beverage within the Projects department
• Delivering required documents and feedback in a timely fashion


Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should have a hotel/design school degree or similar with a minimum of two years experiences in a similar role preferably with previous experiences in the Middle East. You must be computer literate, familiar with design programs such as AutoCAD and Adobe. Possess effective presentation and communication skills along with an excellent command of written and spoken English. Ability to read, understand and analyze financial and market data is a must.

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional with a solid Food & Beverage or Design background with a passion for quality and excellence. Able to complete projects in a timely and accurate fashion is critical.
