Duties and Responsibilities
to the profitability of the Department by increasing sales and generating new
budgeted revenues and control expenses
profitability related to the food and beverage Department. Controls labour cost
according to the budget
and prepares the annual hotel budget.
procedures for credit control and handling of financial transactions.
par stock level for operational equipment and maintains inventory control
monthly staff meetings
training sessions to maintain high quality service.
performance evaluations for Waiters as well as for supervisors and host/
- Listen to
staff concerns and ensures that concerns are addresses and solved.
high employee morale and satisfaction through employee empowerment
good relations with regular guests
level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an improved product through employee
development, job engineering and quality images
departmental related guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken.
provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and service.
- To handle any
guest complaints or problems promptly and to ensure that all resolved /
unresolved incidents are reported to Department Head
and implement Promotions Calendar for F&B products in restaurant
special event concepts
market changes and review operations when necessary

Qualifications and Technical skills.

Education and Experience :
- College Graduate
- BS Degree on Hotel & Restaurant Management.
- Two years’ experience of Asst. Managerial position in a five star
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Competent in using IT systems relevant to Food & Beverage.
- Proven ability to instruct, train and motivate subordinates.
- Manages people effectively and works well with others.
- Organizes tasks, people and resources.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Extensive Knowledge in food and beverage.
- Familiar with Health & Safety Procedures in the work place.
- Skilled in customer service.
- Administrative skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Arabic is an add Advantage
