SCOPE

Are you passionate, strategic, driven and experienced in the world of Sales & Marketing? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.

PRE-REQUISITES

  • BA / BSC in Hospitality Management or related field; Alternatively - Significant experience in positions that have allowed the development of an academic approach

EXPERIENCE:

Mandatory Requirement

  • 5 years’ experience as a DOSM within in industry leading hotel chain
  • Developed their career in a luxury environment
  • Experience leading a multi-cultural team
  • Proven marketing capabilities
  • In depth understanding of GCC market

Preferable                  

  • Previous work experience in the GCC

LANGUAGE:  

Mandatory Requirement

  • English – excellent oral and written skills

Preferable:                 

  • Additional language - beneficial

Mandatory Requirement         

  • Experience working with leading sales information systems
  •  Proficient at usage of Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Advanced presentation skills and the ability to present complex information in a simple manner
  • Ability to analyze hotel performance and identify gaps and opportunities to drive the business
  • Thorough understanding of revenue management
