We are currently looking for Front Office Receptionist.

Requirements for the role:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a role such as Front Office Executive / Guest Service Agent / Guest Service Centre Agent / Guest Relations Agent / Receptionist / Concierge Agent /
- Luxury 5 star hotel/resort experience only
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic is a plus
- Highly organized, result-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
- Must have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks and guest requests
- Knowledge in Micros-Fidelio (Opera) Property Management System
- Strong guest service orientation and training skills background
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
