We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food and Beverage to work closely with the General Manager within a deluxe city centre hotel in Thailand. International luxury hotel experience will be essential, previous work experience in Asia would be an advantage.

A role for a motivated Executive Assistant Manager with a creative style and strong operational Food and Beverage background. You will have to demonstrate strong entrepreneurial skills, impressive knowledge of events and creativity in promoting a high-class city centre operation.

We would like to hear from candidates with 5-star hotel training from a leading luxury company supported by a credible and, most importantly, a consistent management record in the finest hotels. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a 5-star hotel.

Outlets include restaurants, a dinner cruise, bars & lounges, in-room dining and very busy high-volume conference and banqueting. The property is in immaculate condition and calls for a polished, well presented Executive Assistant Manager to take charge.  

This is a hands-on role with many rewarding challenges in an iconic property with 800 + bedrooms and suites. The other facilities for the clients are the finest on the market.

Answering directly to the General Manager, you will take on the responsibility of every aspect of the operation and be highly organised to” pre-empt” the needs of the clients and the departments. It will be essential that your management style is high profile with your colleagues and with the clients.

Although demanding on your skills, mental strength and personal dedication, this assignment is ideal for someone to make their mark in a key property and join a leading hotel group and progress to potentially become a GM.

This is an assignment which is not suitable for children and families.
