Communication Content Writer

Responsible of all the written content for Constance Hotels and Resorts communication department, in a timely and consistent manner, in order to delivery high quality content in both French and English.

This position requires communication and coordination capacities, excellent spoken and written abilities, and a real curiosity for what is going on around in our offices, hotels and industry.


  • Work with all the communication team as well as other departments or external providers to deliver highly qualitative brand content, conveying Constance Hotels and Resorts message and values.
  • Coordinate, create and/or update written content for the below communication tools and materials
    • Press kit and press releases (French and English) throughout the year
    • Brochure and collaterals
    • Articles and reports
    • Fact sheets of all hotels
    • Internal communications
  • Create and follow up an editorial calendar for Constance Hotels and Resorts
    • For Press releases
    • For our Blog, in collaboration with external providers.
    • For in-house communications


Formal Education:
• Degree or equivalent in Communication

• Minimum 2 years of communications experience, ideally in a press or communication agency.

Technical Experience:
• Strong communication and writing skills, both French and English.

  • Planning and organising skills.

• Thorough understanding of communications principles and processes.
• Self-motivated

Proven ability to:
• Work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Work with internal and external teams.
• Use initiative to define own tasks and to work with minimum supervision.
