Order Taker / Cashier
The Cashier / Order is responsible under the general guidance and supervision of the Restaurant Outlet Manager to take all guests orders and controlling the billing of the hotel guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be knowledgeable of all items on the menu.
• Be knowledgeable of all special offers and promotions.
• Check the cleanliness and perfect shape of all items sent to the guest.
• Always be courteous to guests.
• Always use F&B standards when taking orders.
• Keep record off all items sold.
• Complies with any related duties as requested.
• Controlling the billings of the hotel guests
