As the Reservation Supervisor , a key position within our dynamic revenue team, you will be responsible to use appropriate yield management and actively contribute towards revenue generation through effective management of the reservations department.    Reporting directly to the Assistant Reservations Manager, this position will function primarily by providing current, accurate information on both the internal reservation situation and the climate within the department.

Required expertise for this role:

-Minimum 2years experience as a Reservation Supervisor or Reservations Team Leader with luxury class hotel experience – preferably, UAE.

-Strong analysis and communication skills

-Demonstrable organisation/communication/interpersonal skills

-Strong technical skills in Opera, Microsoft Office, PMS systems, CHW eXpress, third party extranet sites.

-Excellent command of the English language; Arabic is an advantage.

-Commmercially minded and be a ble to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels.

-Customer-focussed and understands importance of service delivery excellence
