The ideal candidate should have –
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
- Minimum 3 years of association as Chef de Cuisine with a 5* chain hotel.
- Extremely sound knowledge in all the functional areas of kitchen operations, particularly costing,
quality control, menu planning, budgeting, staff training, etc.
- A task master with strong leadership qualities
