Chef de Partie - Bakery
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, committed and creative Chef de Partie - Baker with exceptional culinary arts skills who is passionate about the job and career in the hospitality industry.
Candidates will be highly responsible for supporting the kitchen and food and beverage operations in ensuring guest satisfaction under the guidance of the Pastry Chef and within the limits of established hotel policy and procedure. Participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cook foods.
• At least 2 years of experience in a 5 star hotel.
• Very well knowledgeable about his or her culinary specialty functions as a baker.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, possess a high level of cleanliness, including personal hygiene and in the kitchen.
• Excellent English Communication skills both written and spoken.
