About the Role

The Guest Services Executive is the main point of contact at the Premium Leisure Club. The main purpose of the role is to provide all guests with a friendly, efficient and informative service at all times. Assisting guests with any Front Office related queries as well as serving food and beverages to guests during the day and the Food & Beverage presentation timings by ensuring that customer's expectations are consistently exceeded.

The main responsibilities of this role will include: 

  • Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival to the lounge and register them as well as issuing room keys in the appropriate welcome booklet.
  • Take payment from guests on departure and close their bills correctly.
  • Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements.
  • Ensures that the Lounge is manned, operationally prepared and stocked at all times.
  • To serve food and beverage to guests in the Premium Leisure Club according to the established performance standards.
  • To use discretion and tact when dealing with guest enquiries, problems and complaints in an efficient and professional manner without detriment to the hotel and/ or its reputation.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned accordingly.
  • About You

    In order to be considered for this role you will have at least one year of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five star hotel environment.

    You will have excellent written and spoken English. Your experience in handling guests requests, and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essessntial.

    Your working knowledge of OPERA system and Food & Beverage would be an advantage.
