  • Performs duties in accordance to Standard Operating procedures and Guidelines of Anantara Al Baleed Resort Salalah.
  • Assists Front Office Department with daily operations, check-in, check out, buggy request and upselling.
  • Maintains high standards in personal appearance. Is well groomed, hygienically clean and properly attired in uniform to carry out duties at all times.
  • Behaves/carries out tasks and responsibilities in a professional manner.
  • Is punctual to report for duties and is prompt to disseminate services to guests.
  • Is well organised to carry out job tasks with necessary accessories ready and at hand.
  • Reads the daily arrival/departure memos and other relevant documents as circulated by Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager.
  • Is always prepared to handle guest requests, complaints, and suggestions and follow through to maximize the service standards.
  • Is knowledgeable about fire and safety procedures.
  • Deals with Guest comments and concerns systematically and keeps the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager informed of the same.
  • Is committed and suggests/introduces new initiatives that are focused in enhancing guest experience.
