Seabourn is looking for outstanding candidates for the role of Sanitation Officer!
Our Sanitation Officers are responsible for the sanitation of all food preparation area’s onboard our vessels. They are responsible for USPH compliance onboard and train and coach your team in Public Health and Environmental standards.
This role reports to the F&B Manager and will work closely with the galley team reporting on maintenance and repair of equipment.
You will be responsible for maintaining records for our Safety Management System and the Environmental Compliance Plan.
You must have previous experience working on cruise ship in a stewarding role on at least a supervisory level with USPH experience to match, have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and have very strong computer skills.
