The ideal candidate should possess the experience of leading a diverse and talented team in a busy commercial Hotel brand. The ability to inspire, motivate, train and develop team members is essential as is a sound knowledge of HACCP processes and guidelines.

In a highly competitive Hospitality market, innovation and creativity will play an important role in the success of managing the kitchens of our busy Hotel outlets whilst a thorough knowledge of International cuisine and conference menus are key in this role.

This role is an outstanding opportunity and is seen as a stepping stone to an Executive Chef position within Accor in the future. This position would suit an energetic and dynamic individual who is currently in the position of Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
