Millennium Hotel & Convention Centre is an attractive international business class hotel located on Salmiya, Kuwait with 295 well-appointed bedrooms, 3 F&B Outlets, Health Club, Swimming Pool, 21 Meeting & Events/Function Rooms and 6000sqmtr Ballroom & Retail Shops.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Checks the daily arrival list.
- Keeps self-updated on all local events, sights, restaurants, activities etc., in order to provide customers with updated information, and assistance.
- Stays current with development in the hotel by reviewing the communication log book each shift; updates log book for next shift.
- Responsible for Hotel’s cars’ maintenance and keep records.
- Luggage room Inventory and organizing a weekly check for all items stored at the Luggage room.
- Is fully conversant with the hotel PMS system.
- Is able to operate and maintain switchboard, telefax, credit card machines, hotel alarm systems, programs electronic locks, service opening for safes and other Front Office equipment, and is able to make basic updates and changes on above procedures if needed.
