We are currently searching for an Front Desk Agent to join our team. This challenging position has the responsibilities that include handling Check In and Check Out, ensuring that all room details are recorded accurately, ensuring that billing instructions are clarified upon arrival, up-dating the guest folio and balancing all transactions at the end of every shift. You will play a key role in delivering our unique guest experience and will support the manager in ensuring that the hotel's brand standards are followed and adhered to.
The candidate we are looking at should have at least a year's experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel and a solid understanding of Front Desk operation. Availability to work flexible hours across a 7 day operation is essential. This 'hands-on' role involves enforcing company standards and policies and high levels of customer service. You will bring with you strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English is required. A working knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
