Restaurant Revenue Analyst
As part of the Revenue Management team, the Restaurant Revenue Analyst is committed to delivering insights, reporting, analytics and trends related to the F&B revenue generation. At the same time to proactively drive the forecasting and revenue and profit optimization through analyzing of current business acumen, business and seasonal periods.   Hotel Overview: A unique blend of contemporary design and urban chic, Fairmont Dubai is an icon in the business heart of the city. Reporting to the Director, Revenue, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 
  • To provide data and trend figures to the Director of F&B and Director of revenue to make business decision to enhance the profitability of the hotel.
  • Identify areas of opportunities where automation can be implemented
  • Providing guidance for improvement, they identify revenue control risk and might develop and implement revenue control plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of their revenue control plans.
  • Prepare quarterly and yearly revenue reports.
  • Proving strategies and other revenue improvement plans that are bound to shoot up the company’s revenue to a high level.
  • To set, in close conjunction with each Outlet Manager, Annual Operating Budgets, which will form part of the Hotel’s Annual Business Plan.
  • To monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them.  To establish an integrated cost management plan through product lining, minimal inventories, and joint procurement with sister hotels and Delivery on Demand where possible and cost effective.
  • To ensure that the Department Operational Budget is strictly adhered to.
  • To monitor all cost and recommend / institute measures to control them. 
  • To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division in the same aspect of analyzing data.
  • To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
  • To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the outlet and all other departments.
  • To project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self control.
  • To be discreet and keep observations confidential and report to the Director of Food & Beverage.
  • To ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Responsibilities will also include analysis of Rooms Division data.
    Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel is mandatory • Professional presentation skills  • Team player with supportive attitude
