Guest Service Officer - DUB002249 Description  
  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
  • The Guest Service Officer - Front Office contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
  Qualifications  
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in Front Office/Reception in a 5 star hotel.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Opera/MS Office knowledge is a plus.
