Pierchic is a high-end Mediterranean seafood restaurant. Located at the end of the pier at Al Qasr, Madinat Jumeirah, the restaurant offers an over-the-water dining experience unmatched anywhere in Dubai.
Open for lunch and dinner, Pierchic features à la carte menus of classics including oysters, scallops, sashimi and lobster, as well as an array of fresh fish.
Pierchic has been redesigned to offer a modern, stylish and elegant dining space, which maximises the views of the Arabian Gulf, the Dubai coastline, Palm Jumeirah and the iconic Burj Al Arab.
Two new pods have been created along the pier leading up to the restaurant, one of which offers a full service bar - Pierchic Bar - while the other - Pierchic Lounge - is also available for private hire. Both enable guests to extend their experience at Pierchic with pre- or post-dinner drinks and will be the place to be seen in Dubai.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated F&B Attendant to join the Pierchic service team of Jumeirah Restaurants Group. The purpose for this role will be to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. To assist supporting the FOH team in delivering excellent service standards. Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times both on your section and within the restaurant.
Your main duties will include:
- Minimise spoilage through competent running of F&B items to waiter/section
- Work with your colleagues to ensure the day to day operation is smooth
- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy working environment
- Clearly communicate any issues impacting their section / food quality
- Carry out any reasonable instruction / duties as directed
- Attend training sessions whether internal or external as and when required
- Report any defects in equipment immediately to the chef in charge
In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least 6 months experience in the Hospitality Industry and it is also essential that you have good command of the English language (spoken and written).
