Japanese Chef De Cuisine
NagaWorld in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is a subsidiary of NagaCorp Limited, a Publicly Listed hotel and entertainment company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We are the first and best integrated hotel entertainment complex in the fast developing Mekong region. With the existing NagaWorld complex reaching full capacity on a regular basis, NagaCorp is constructing Naga2, a stone's throw away from the current property which will house an additional 800 hotel rooms, 100 luxury suites and a 2500 seat theatre.
The Japanese Chef de Cuisine will be in charge of the culinary operations of the Japanese restaurant, overseeing food production, menu development, food purchase specifications and hygiene standards.
The ideal individual should be a Japanese National and an expert in producing authentic Japanese Teppan and Sushi dishes. Must possess excellent cross cultural communication skills and is able to train and guide the local workforce in an effective manner. Applicants are required to be fluent in English and possess five to eight years of Teppan experience in a well-known Japanese restaurant.
