Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Description

  • Assist the Front Office Manager to operate the Front Office properly, efficiently and with profitability.
  • Supervise and assist Guest Relations team with their duties.
  • Ensure a warm and genuine arrival and departure experience.
  • Ensure accurate communication of information and guest requests to all relevant departments.
  • Perform aspects of human resources and training functions, including counselling, coaching, training, disciplinary actions.
  • Handle all guest complaints and comments relating to the department tactfully.
  • Works closely with key Resort departments such as Guest Relations and Housekeeping.

Professional Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.

Length and type of experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Resort/Hotel.
  • Pre-opening experience will be highly regarded.

  • Possess a positive attitude.
  • Strong Leader, Work well under pressure.
  • Teamwork and planning for Business.
  • Understanding Differences, Supervising operations and adaptability.
  • Customer focus and result oriented.
  • Capable of adapting to different cultures and ways of life. 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy / PMS is a must.

Contract Specifics

  • 2 year contract.
