EQUIREMENTS:
- Good computer & communication skill both in English and Arabic is required.
Minimum 2years of experience .
To ensure that any damage to the premises is reported and corrected
To handle any complaints that may arise ensuring that each complaint is handled in a manner that complies with the hotel policy.
Responsible for Health & Safety checks during shift
Ensuring that service in each department commences on time and that service standards are professionally maintained in accordance with company standards.
Regular inspection of employee areas and public areas
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Maintain complete knowledge at all times of:
a) all hotel features/services, hours of operation.
b) all room types, numbers, layout, decor, appointments and location.
c) all room rates, special packages and promotions.
d) daily house count and expected arrivals/departures.
e) room availability status for any given day.
f) scheduled in-house group activities, locations and times.
g) all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
Meet with departing Front Office Manager to review business status and follow up items.
