Duties:

  • Directly reports to the Outlet Manager and overseas the Seafood Restaurant in ensuring a smooth flow of the operation.
  • Ensures an excellent dining experience by providing all our guests an engaging experience straight from the heart.
  • Ensures safety and health standards at all times. 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and good trainer.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a Seafood Restaurant in a 5* international chain.
  • Must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of the F&B service.
  • Creative with excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Micros and Requisition Systems)
  • Has excellent knowledge on Food Safety and HACCP.
