- Directly reports to the Outlet Manager and overseas the Seafood Restaurant in ensuring a smooth flow of the operation.
- Ensures an excellent dining experience by providing all our guests an engaging experience straight from the heart.
- Ensures safety and health standards at all times.
- Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and good trainer.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a Seafood Restaurant in a 5* international chain.
- Must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of the F&B service.
- Creative with excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Micros and Requisition Systems)
- Has excellent knowledge on Food Safety and HACCP.
