Executive Sous Chef 5 star Hotel Maldives
This beautiful luxury hotel in the Maldives wishes to appoint an experienced Executive Sous Chef. You will be responsible for contributing to menu creation, managing the daily kitchen operation and training the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent guest and team member experience, while managing food cost controls. You will be reporting directly to the Executive Chef and will be responsible for producing cuisine of the highest standards. To apply for this role you should have at least two years of experience as a Sous Chef in a five star property, have a good knowledge of contemporary cuisine and you must have Michelin kitchen experience. Previous work experience in a remote location would be highly advantageous. Only short listed candidates will be responded to.
