Executive Chef Chinese Cuisine
We are searching for an accomplished and professional Chinese Executive Chef for a superb International Hotel in Thailand. Candidates will be expected to have at least 10 years’ experience within 5 star international hotels and at least 5 years at Chinese Executive Chef level.
This position is open to Chinese, Hong Kong and Singapore nationalities and will be based within a deluxe hotel in Thailand.
Key areas of responsibility will be to oversee all food preparation. These include a deluxe Chinese Restaurant, Chinese Banqueting and all Chinese Banquet Related Foods, Chinese Menus for Room Service and Chinese Menus for all Restaurants which includes the All Day Dining venues.
The Chinese Executive Chef will be directly responsible to ensure that Health and Safety and Food Handling are carried out in accordance with the exacting company standards and country’s laws.
