Assistant Housekeeping & Laundry Manager
- Works with the appropriate departments of the hotel to obtain and disseminate all relevant information concerning arriving guests and with his team prepare guest stays meticulously.
- Ensures that standards of excellence in guest service are maintained and regularly updated.
- Develops improvement initiatives in product and services in response to guest requirements and evaluates outcome to determine if results have been achieved.
- Ensures that guest’s expectations are anticipated, met at all times and even regularly exceeded.
- Monitors guest satisfaction throughout their stays and take appropriate steps and immediate corrective measures where necessary.
- Deals with all guest queries and complaints swiftly and efficiently.
- Pro-actively leads a team of 25-30 members and HANDS-ON with the operations.
